Learn and practice mindfulness techniques to live and cope with stress. In this workshop, you will learn skills to renew, embody and strengthen your energy. Be aware of influences that affect your well-being and health, and find peace-of-mind and balance in an oftentimes chaotic world. Learn to “turn-off” the external distractions and “tune-in” to your inner wisdom and operate from a place of wisdom, peace, passion, and purpose. Mindfulness practices will teach you to consciously and methodically deal with stress, pain, illness, and the demanding challenges of everyday life.

Julie Delene works with individuals and organizations to renew and unify, reach new clarity and focus, and create positive changes in their lives, work, and relationships. Julie is the founder of Move as One, LLC, creator of the MOVES™ method, and author of Moved To Create. She is a certified trainer of Miracle of the Breath™ and active practitioner of mindfulness based trainings. Julie has taught numerous groups and individuals how to use mindfulness techniques and visioning processes to increase their personal fulfillment and achieve goals.
