We all know that “one size does not fit everyone” in behavior management of clients but we are not always sure of the behavioral alternatives for various client needs.  This session will present an overview on behavioral strategies and methods to determine appropriate behavioral management techniques based on diagnosis, level of cognition, climate, and personal issues of the consumer.   A variety of behavioral, cognitive behavioral, sensory and environmental strategies will be presented in relation to clients with mental illness and developmental disabilities.
