Do you or your team feel stuck?
Create effective teams by engaging “agents of change”.
The dynamics of teamwork are complex. In this workshop, you will understand the dynamics of your team and how to improve your team’s overall effectiveness. Learn the five types of change agents required to inspire positive movement, improve productivity, and engage team members.
A whole and effective team is comprised of all five agents. At the same time, these five agents can often conflict with one another when not properly balanced. Learn about your own primary agent and how to balance your energy, while understanding the agents of others and how to improve team relationships.
Apply these agents to:
- Increase performance and productivity
- Improve your leadership skills
- Better understand your interpersonal relationships
- Become an agent of change
The five agents are discussed and explained in terms of how they operate individually, how they operate as a unit, and how they influence the overall success of a team and organization. They offer a powerful, practical and intuitive system for initiating change.
