You really can’t work in the human services without building relationships, and communication is crucial to building relationships. This course will give you basic ideas to enhance your communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with your coworkers, your supervisors, the people you supervise, and the people you provide services to. This training explores how some of the concepts in Dale Carnegie’s classic book, How to Win Friends and Influence Others, are greatly needed in the human services.
